1 cup of red leaf lettuce

1/2 cup of endive lettuce

1/2 cup of baby arugula

1/8 cup of blueberries

1/8 cup of raspberries

1/8 cup of chopped strawberries

2 blackberries

1 oz of walnuts

1 tablespoon of goat cheese


  1. Clean and chop greens and mix together.
  2. Top with berries, walnuts, and cheese.
  3. Drizzle with Honey Mustard Vinaigrette
  4. Serve Immediately.

Honey Mustard Vinaigrette Dressing


1 tablespoon of Dijon mustard

1/2 tablespoon of balsamic vinaigrette

1 tablespoon of honey

1 tablespoons of olive oil


  1. Whisk all ingredients together and serve over greens.
