Serves 2

Ingredients:

1 cup old fashioned whole grain oats

1 cup vanilla almond milk

1/4 cup fresh blueberries

1 medium banana

1/4 cup walnuts

2 tbsp chia seeds

1 tbsp honey

Directions:

  1. Combine oats and almond milk
  2. Fold in chia seeds and walnuts
  3. Top with remaining ingredients
  4. Serve cold and enjoy
