(Serves 1)

Ingredients:

½ cup of whole oats

1 cup of milk (or unsweetened non-dairy milk alternative)

1 tbsp of cocoa powder

1 tsp of ground coffee (amount can be adjusted for preference)

1 frozen banana

Directions:

  1. Combine oats, milk, and coffee in a blender and blend thoroughly
  2. Add banana and blend until smooth
  3. Enjoy!
