1 Cup of Steel Cut Oats
4 Cups of milk (or non-dairy milk of choice)
1/2 cup of dried cranberries
1/2 cup shelled pistachios
4 Tbsp of Chia seeds
1 Large Granny Smith apple (cored and diced)
1 Tbsp cinnamon
- Preheat oven to 400⁰
- Spread diced apples evenly across baking sheet and sprinkle with ½ Tbsp of cinnamon. Bake for 20-25 min (until apples are tender and slightly golden).
- Bring milk to a boil. Add oats, reduce heat, and simmer for 20-25 min (or until desired thickness is achieved).
- Stir in chia seeds and remaining cinnamon.
- Add apples, cranberries, and pistachios.
